MedLife's goal is for our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, occasionally you may receive a product that does not fit your personal needs. If you need to return an item to us, please follow our guidelines detailed below.
Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days meeting our return criteria:

Return freight will be the customers responsibility, unless an error was made by MedLife. Once you have requested a RA, we will be happy to assist you to determine the best shipping method to use. We highly recommend insuring large items to protect against any shipping damages.
Please follow all return instructions carefully that will be provided with your RA. This will include a return shipping address. MedLife reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees associated with shipping products to the correct location, if the products are returned the the wrong address.
If delivery of a product is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and applicable restocking fees will be applied.
Orders cancelled after the product has been shipped are subject to the above return policies. You must accept shippment delivery, request a Return Authorization, and ship the product back to the correct address provided by MedLife.
Once the return is received, MedLife will issue a credit to the original form of payment used. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your credit to be issued. Orders paid by check or money order will be issued a check back within 3 weeks.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item is defective or damaged, please call Customer Support at 888.255.7540 or email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. An RA will still be required. We will then arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced promptly.
